When you enter the apartment, there is an open plan living/ dining area with soaring ceilings. The renovated kitchen is fully applianced, has soapstone countertops and is equipped with glasses, dishes and other cooking utensils which will make you feel at home. The bathroom was recently renovated and has a glass tiled combination tub and shower. The loft bedroom has a window and an operable skylight for cross-ventilation. There is parking outside your door yet you are so close to town you may never use your car. Because this condo is at the end of the wharf building closest to the water, and there is no one above you, it is quiet and away from the evening street noise.
